New addition to our family

    Last night we decided to pull the trigger on a new addition to our family. We drove into PA today to take a look at a litter or Chocolate Labs. After about 30 mins of wanting to take all of them we decided on this little guy. We get him in 19 days... Hopefully enough time to get our house puppy proof.

    Thanks guys. My GF and daughter have decided on the name Mack. Since i got to choose the Color and gender of the dog ill let them have choice of name. but i like the name so its all good. I'll have him in time for the next round of goose which starts oct 1st followed by 1 week of duck season in mid oct. Not sure if i will take him along yet so soon. I will need to see how he deals with a cap gun. Me and my father usually have our hunting dogs broke from being gun shy by 3 months. Can't wait... 18days till we pick him up.

    15 days till we pick the little guy up. The breader informed us today that our puppy seems to be a bully to all the others from the same litter. hoggin the food bowl and jus being mean to the other pups. i love it...

    You are gonna have one big dog haha. My husky is full grown at 35 pounds. She was the runt. If your pup is hogging the food hes gonna be a biggun. Once I buy a house im gonna get another puppy as the husky is my wife's. I really like chocolate labs but also love Bassett hounds. Tough choice I have!
