My son started with a mission craze. He loved it.

My starter is a Mission Ballistic. Like it a lot and it's a great bow for the price

    Depends on alot of things.
Budget, physical build and if your done growing.
What I mean is that if you're done growing a one size fits all might not be the best option.
One size bows are great starting points and perfect for the growing archery.
But, I'm going to make an assumption based on your username that you're a female.
The average draw weight women find their comfort zone is around 40# (with exceptions)
Draw length seems to be 23-27 inches.
What I would suggest would be to visit a pro shop and try it out to see if you like it ( I'm just saying this, we know you're going to.)
If you like it and are done growing look at bows design for short draws as they will be more efficient for your draw.
Widely adjustable bows have to give up some efficiency in order to work in that wide range.
Quest Storm, PSE (can't remember model) hoyts with a #1 cam and afew others are going to give you the most juice out of your squeeze.
    Best of luck.
