Would like to get some nerf bars for my truck, but stopped in at the parts store the other day and they said they would be around $380 + tax - guess I was surprised at the cost.... A budy of mine has ordered other truck accessories online and suggest I take a look.... Sure enough, found several sites I could get SS 3" nerf bars shipped for 200-250 - depending on the site.... Anyone ever ordered something like this online??
I havent ordered them personally, I got lucky, mine was already on when i bought it. Im sure you could find them cheaper online somewhere. what are they going on??
i bought some luverne nerfs for my f150... went with polished stainless steel, didn't want chrome plated stainless (like some of the higher end westins), heard to many bad things about the chrome peeling off over time so I went with some that won't hold their shine quite as well but won't peel off either, fair trade I guess... new from a local shop though they are quite expensive compared to online, I didn't even look online when I bought mine, but I should have....

i think i paid 300 for mine but there diamond plated... i forget where i got them at.. never seen another set like them...
