Neighbor shoots buck antlers fall off.

    My neighbor shot an eight point tonight and after the shot one of the antlers fell off then 50 yards later the other one fell off.

    Sure does!!

    Sad thing about late seasons, I ran an archery check station for several years until the new system was implemented. I would also check in kills for late anterless pistol season every year.

    More than one bruiser with nothing but huge pedicels was tagged in during that late season. It was kind of sad to see :(

    Great buck! I would tag it as a buck .. that's how he shot it ... and I would have those antlers put back on ... great trophy!! Congrats to him :)

    He's getting it mounted.It's just a funny story, wait all year to get a shot then when you do the antlers fall off.

    Man thats wild! I didnt even consider that when my son shot his a week ago, we got lucky and they hung on! cool pic!
