Neighbor shoots buck antlers fall off.

My neighbor shot an eight point tonight and after the shot one of the antlers fell off then 50 yards later the other one fell off.

 

Nice buck and it makes for a great story.

Sad thing about late seasons, I ran an archery check station for several years until the new system was implemented. I would also check in kills for late anterless pistol season every year.

More than one bruiser with nothing but huge pedicels was tagged in during that late season. It was kind of sad to see
