Not respecting 'time here or status', as you put it, may be something to consider if you want to hang around for long. There are some very knowledgeable and RESPECTED folks here. You could learn a lot by reading what some of them have to say and not always chiming in with a smarta$$ comment.
I'm done schooling now. Proceed however you feel best. If it's the same as it's been so far, I won't have time to school you much more before you're gone anyway

No sir, this is an example of ...lie to me to make me feel better but don't hurt my feelings.
I am getting the feeling that being a Christian on here means acting soft and weak. My walk with Christ is mine.

Apparently you think being a Christian means being a condescending jackass in every post you put on here. I just find it amusing that you put biblical quotes in your sig, say you follow the written word yet act the way you do. Treat others as you wish to be treated, guess we will all just start calling you out on every post you make and tell you what you did wrong and what you should have done.

I posted this topic in an effort to gather different options for packing my bow to the stand for long-hauls into my stands, not get pointless and sarcastic replies. There was no point in you posting your reply, outside of building your own post count: much like the majority of your posts. I'm glad I'm not the only one to notice that.

Cledus, back to your original question. You can get some short cinch straps or velcro straps to hook your bow up to your stand. I used to do that with my rifle until I sold it when the bowhunting bug bit me! The velcro straps worked well for me and keep it on the stand tight for you to ride the bike in.

And sorry for the thread hijack!

The Velcro straps are the idea I've heard thus far! Thanks man, I leave tonight to go up to some conservation land for the weekend, so it will be scrambling after class to find some and try them out. Thanks again, man!

If you go onto rocky woods.com they have all the mil-spec webbing and all manner of nexus buckles.
I've used them a lot for rifle sling materials.
A couple triglides ,some strap and a few nexus buckles and your set. Maybe $8 tops.

Should be able to find some at Walmart Cledus, over in the craft section. It's a little noisy to undo but probably not as loud as when I manage to bump the sticks into each other or the stand unhooking everything LOL
