need some help with topo map

Here is a link to the area i am hunting. I think youll have to change it from map view to topo view. I will try to get an image of this map so i can give you guys a little better image of where i am now. But on this map, i am directly right of the "20" at the bottom of the small body of water (just on top of the "1" in the "1650").

I need help reading this map since im new to topo's. Im guessing the numbers are elevation, right? And what other good spots do you see in this area?

I will try and get a better image for you guys.
