Saw a very nice buck about 300 yards away this evening through ML scope, sorry do not have pictures, but I know he is a hoss. I think it is same buck I saw 2 years ago, didn't hunt much last year because I was building a new house, but he was a 10 pointer then and probably 22" wide and probably sitting up about 16" on top, biggest deer I had ever seen alive with my own 2 eyes. I am attaching pictures of where I was at this evening and where I saw him. Just curious where maybe to set up. Would love to get in front of this one before Saturday (dog season).
Also 2nd picture is all of our land. I have access to get permission to others in the area, but this is our family farm so no permission needed.

    CHARGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lol....Well you could always move your stand or install a new one closer to him or keep hunting and hope he comes to the old stand.

Another option is to try a decoy and scent or just a false scrape or a scent drag based on the time you see him traveling. Sometimes you have to get creative.

Yeah I am trying to decide if I am going to bring my climber in that same vicinity to possibly get a shot on him. Funny thing is I had a ladder stand over on that side of the field, but had moved it to another location. Kicking myself now. Got to get a few more ladder stands. Gonna make it a goal to buy a new one each year so I can get the property pretty surrounded.

Hope I get to see him again, because he is a HOSS.

you could try a scent drag. see if you can pull him off his course and get him to chase your "doe" right by your stand.

I like the looks of that southeast corner. Looks like a nice ravine leading to that area. Northeast corner looks good to me as well.

The land I've hunted the last 2 years has nice ravines. Usually the does walk the bottoms and the bucks cruise the tops.

Did you check the area for rubs and scrapes? I don't know what works in your area, but I would rattle him in.
