I am new to bow hunting, but have been bow fishing for about a year and a half. I am wanting to convert the bow I have to a hunting one. The main thing that I need is "let off." I have been told that I need new cams. The bow is a Cajun made by Bear. Thanks.
After doing some research, it looks like the Cajun by bear is made for bow fishing. That being said, you should go online (preferably craigslist.org) and look around your area for a used bow. My first bow that I just killed my first deer with 2 nights ago was bought used online and it was only 110$. The bow is super dependable, and so you just need to do some research on good brands and even go to your local bow shop and shoot some of the new models to see what different brands offer in their bows. I really like PSE, Mathew's, and Bowtech. But that's just me. Hope this helps
