I got my bow back from the shop and my top pin I have set at 10 yards. It shoots in the black circle on the block target from 10 out to 20 yards. My Middle pin I have shooting about an inch high at 30 yards. Should I remove my bottom pin and just use the top 2? I really dont feel comfortable shooting anything over 30 yards or should I sight the bottom in at 40 just incase I see a deer and it doesnt want to come any closer. I can make that long of a shot but would rather not. Any advise?

I would leave the pins alone.

i wouldnt take a shot that long if your just starting out....you owe it to the animal to make a good shot.....

I know my bow has 4 pins...

    25 1st pin
    35 2nd pin
    45 3rd pin
    55 4th pin

However i rarely if ever use my 2 last pins....

this just how it was set up ..i practice like that forever, now i know....just get use to what you got..you'll be fine..practice practice

You can set them that way and practice longer shots, but know your limitations in hunting situations. If you have made up your mind that your limit is 30 yards then stick to it until you practice enought that you expand that range.
