Whats up guys im new on here..but i need some advice. I have been bow hunting now for about 3 yrs. Hunting gun since i have been really little. Anyway. I bought a Martin compound bow. My buddy shoots a hoyt and other buddy shoots a diamond. Very smooth bows, quiet and fast. I have like a 2005 martin. Nothing came on it so i added a few things over the years. Its not really a newer model bow.

    - S coil
    -Limb savors
    -Viper fixed sites on it.
    -pro ultra fall away rest.

I shoot carbon easton arrows with 3 blade rages. The bow is still kinda loud when i shoot. No complaints on the speed i guess and accuracy, but i really want to quiet my bow down more , which i thought the S coil and limb savors would do the trick, but not so much. Would new cams or any other advice help in quieting my bow down. I have killed 3 deer with this bow, yet i still think it might be to loud when shoot...any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Cat whiskers or string leeches on the strings will help quiet things down. I would also recommend a string suppressor.

My top three for quieting down an existing bow ...

    1. Sims string leeches (or their equivalent)

    2. String suppressor, such as a MeanV or its equivalent (www.meanvarchery.com)

    3. Shoot heavier arrows

    3. Shoot heavier arrows

I think this will make the most difference! You will be amazed at what a heavier arrow can do to quiet a bow.
