hey all, been a while since ive been on. So here is my problem. In the stretch of woods that i hunt, which is a huge public stretch of well over 5000 plus acres of land there is a buck. My uncle has come back several times with stories of a massive buck that he keeps spotting out of range. Well the other day i go out squirrel hunting with my friend, we spot the buck. A massive buck at least 12 points with a drop tiene(not sure if i spelled that right). After asking around, I have found that the buck has been spotted several times withing the last several years which means he is very old, also he is always spotted in the same general area, so i have an idea of where he travels. This deer has seen many hunting seasons, so it will be hard to trick him with just about any calls or scents. I have just 1 more week to hunt until the place is infested with trigger happy pheasant hunters. How would you guys hunt this buck?

Chances are a lot of people have tried every trick in the book to get to that old brutus beefcake. I'd just start by getting out there and huntin'.

Yes I would if I was in your position. He is smarter, older and you have your work cut out for you. If he has been seen, .. he can be taken.

    Good Luck bra-

Get out and hunt him. When the pheasant hunters start hunting use them to your advantage let them push him to you!
