Any suggestions for low cost arrows for hunting and target shooting? I shoot a 60-70 lb. bow with a 26 inch draw length.

I guess it depends on what you call low cost. I have shot the Easton Bloodlines for 3 years and would consider that a mid-cost arrow that I liked. I just switched to the Maxima Red about 2 weeks ago. I think they are good as well, I have not shot them enough to know if it was worth the extra $ or not.

    Keep us posted.

I used BEMAN "hunters"for a few years, they were decent priced and did well for me. I shoot the Easton "Bowfires" now which are more expensive.

If you want low dollar arrows you can check out the Buck Buster by Victory or Warrior arrows. Warrior is a discount brand of Gold Tip, I think.

Cabelas hunter arrows, the cheap ones with 2" vane. $60/12. Can go wrong. Shoot straight. Only found 2 duds in several dozen boxes. Don't buy into the hype.

What grain arrows should I get for a 60-70 lb draw weight? Also .003 or .006?

    Thanks,
    Haven

Also can't decide between the bloodsport hunters and victory decimators. Which should I buy?

The .006 will be cheaper because that's a number that indicates straightness.

The number that you need to be most concerned about is spine.

A 340 spine will cover you for up to 70 lbs.

Would a 350 spine be alright as well?

Blood sport 340's. I like my arrows cut an inch longer than my draw length too.
Keeps the broadhead away from my hand.

Is 350 spine ok for 60-70 draw weight? Looking at the victory decimators.

The Easton bloodline arrows are great, low cost arrow. I started out with them since I would be replacing them every year because I was still growing. I eventually switched to the Carbon Express Maxima Hunters. By far the best arrows that I have used, but a little more on the expensive side.

Depending on what you're looking for in an arrow, at 26", a 400 spine would work fine.

Check out Deer Crossing Archery arrows. I bought a set of hunters this last spring in .001/300 spine and am impressed on how well they shoot.

I used to look for cheap arrows and have shot deer with them too. But last year I bought maxima blues and couldn't believe how much it tightened my groups up. I love to save money but u get what u pay for when it comes to arrows.
