I would go. And I would watch out for alligators, snakes,and Cubans.

 

I will never hunt a stand, first day, last day, any day, if the wind is not right. I will leave a stand at prime time if the wind changes.

 

Opening day practically a religious holiday to me. I never miss opening day .

 

Guess I'm the only one that would NOT go in the morning. In my opinion very few stand setups are right to be able to sneak into that wont blow deer out and alert them your going in to hunt. Where I hunt I never hunt mornings bc I feel like it does more damage than good.
