You will isolate the rhomboids better if you do this lying stomach down on inclined bench and turn the palms of the hands up.
Thanks Cant. I'll try those tomorrow and add them to my routine. Makes sense. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Hi BB30. I do work scapular exercises into each workout as well. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I can't shoot my bow, and can barely row my rowboat, without pain lately. Poor posture, and very tight quads of all things, are mainly my issue. The tight quads throw my back out of proper alignment, which in turn forces my head into a "head forward" position, pinching nerves in my neck. I started taking stretching/core strengthening yoga type classes, and was amazed how tight I am all over. See an orthopedist to rule out and bulging/herniated discs, then start a total body stretching/core strengthening routine. I bet it helps.
Actually I am doing this same exercise now for my shoulders but using a pulley and standing up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
