Looking to do a quick getaway from Indiana to do a mule deer hunt out west. Looks like NE has the easiest OTC tags. I would head out on a Friday, hunt all day saturday and maybe sunday morning and head home. Not familiar with public land out there but the NW upper part of the state looks promising. Ive only gun hunted up there but fort Robinson is an amazing place. Beings I was apart of the orange army when there all the deer i saw were'a'movin saw alot of deer
