I think the Witchita State team last year and the Kentucky team this year are about the same, they jusy didn't play enough quality to get ready for the tourney. Wisconsin is just too talented for Kentucky. How about the Big 10 this year, any more doubters?

Attention people of Kentucky, you get to watch the final game, one and done. One and done is how it works in the tournament also. So all the one and doners at Kentucky, are done.

Isnt that the way the University of Michigan adults look after most games?

Apparently the final bad call went the WI way. Kentucky must have ran out of money or did not have enough left :) It is always fun to watch a favorite loose.

And to answer the question about "the money college." Kentucky gives out a lot, almost all the athletes at the college, get a free ride signed before they even enter the school. Can not say that for WI.

That is a horrible picture to post.....come on a kid? Really! I feel sorry for him. Thank god the poster does not appear to be from WI.

The shot clock violation was a missed call, but can't think of any other calls that were obvious missed against WI. Thought the refs called a good game outside of a short stretch in the 2nd half. I think the better team won tonight, think Kentucky played a soft schedule. Fun to watch.

EDIT- I guess Koenig jumping in from out of bounds for a lay in was another missed call I thought of.

Congrats to Wisconsin they played a good game and we gave up way to many rebounds and made numerous other mistakes that cost us big. It was a good ride and I'm already looking forward to next season.

I'll be rooting for Wisconsin against duke.

Hmm...I don't think you understand how this stuff works or what the facts are?

    1. UW has much more $ than UK based on endowment funds. UW also had the 2nd highest athletic revenue in the country in 2013 (Texas Longhorns were 1st). I believe the athletic budgets of UW and KU were both around $100M this year but UW's was much higher the previous year.
    2. The NCAA restricts the number of full ride athletic scholarships that schools can offer and for which sports. ALL teams at this level max out their scholarships, including the Badgers. All programs offer full rides to recruits when they are still in high school...sometimes even earlier

Pretty much no statistic or person who understands basketball would support such a ridiculous claim but I guess people are free to think as they please...

Heck of a game by the Badgers. The missed shot clock violation on Nigel's shot w 2:40 to go was killer... But UK shot itself in the foot when they were up 4 and took their foot off the gas and tried to run the clock out. 3 shot clock violations in a row.

Fun game to watch live but tough loss to swallow with such a stacked team. Hope Wisconsin beats Duke (who actually has more One and Dones plus a rapist) Monday. Go Badgers!

The refs were horrible tonight. The charge with the 3 taken away and the non call on the flagrant (which you prob missed live) was really bad. I mean bad. But so was the missed shot clock on Hayes.

I'm proud of those boys for getting it done when it didn't look like it would happen.

I'm sure it would be the headline of every new outlet, instead it will be brushed under the rug and forgotten about in two days. A few of the Kentucky players walked off without shaking hands, nothing about that?
