    Has anyone had any experience with lottery/permit hunts in NC? My son just got selected for one and we are super excited. It will be a first and not sure what to expect.

    He has been drawn/selected for a youth hunt. We are curious as to the process. Do they allow scouting before the hunt, can we hang stands, etc.
