While I agree this thing is far from over, like I already stated, the Spurs didn't have anyone to make Durant play defense. That is the major difference in this series. The NBA is about matchups. Surely you understand that?

Just so I know who I'm speaking with, what were your high school basketball stats?

It might make it back to OKC, but it doesn't look good for the Thunder. They did a better job of protecting Durant, but they have no chance of winning unless he plays harder at the defensive end. No rebounds the first 42 minutes he's in the game? Thats just a lack of effort.

LBJ 29.3/10/6 in the finals. Not to mention tough defense. He's been a beast.

I think the Heat'll lose this 5th game but they will lose number 6.

Cannot believe the Heat is one win away from the title....I have no prob with the Heat but I really doubted the could beat OKC the way they have. They have been close games don't get me wrong but OKC for the most part has not looked like the same team from the regular season or first couple of series of the playoffs....Maybe the Heat is more of a "Team" than most thought b/c it has definitely not been just the big 3 for sure....Who knows....It sure has been fun to watch though....

I don't think its OKC thats playing any different. They just ran into one of the best defensive teams in the league. Especially on the ball defense. Miami's two best ball defenders can guard OKC's two best players. And while Durant and Westbrook have certainly scored plenty of points, they are being guarded by one player for the most part. Most teams need to double team them to contain them. Miami has been able to shut down the rest of the team and eliminate easy baskets.

OKC is showing their youth. They are losing their cool over calls, losing confidence in themselves (especially Harden), and making bad plays at crunch time. What a night and day difference on how these teams are viewed. If Miami threw the ball away on an inbounds play with under a minute to go (OKC in Game 3), or made a bonehead foul with 15 seconds left (Westbrook Game 4), all the world would have to hear about is how they can't close games.

Durant scores buckets, but nothing creative. Westbrook is quicker than ****, and literally cannot be guarded. One, or two defenders, it doesn't matter. Gets to the hole, and I'd argue he gets great looks most every time. He's been incredible. Like was said in postgame last night - let them both go off for 70 combined, and the Heat will still beat them by 10.

Also, Bosh isn't getting much love. He's been everywhere. Absolutely love the way he plays the game.

How 'bout the Perkins' interview? OKC is already down 3-1 and he decided to cause a distraction by calling out Brooks for not leaving a lineup in longer. Doesn't seem like too smart of a move to me.

I don't think anyone has ever accused Perkins of being smart.

    Too funny man!!

That is true about their defense though....They play so intense which is definitely a good thing. Harden has really surprised me....I really though He was going to be the difference maker in this series and so far He is just not the difference that favors OKC....

As far as their youth they really have not played like a youthful team until this series but then again when you got up against one of the best defenses in the league and the one of the most talented offensive teams....well that tends to cause problems lol...I definitely agree about the critics saying the Heat cannot close out games....They only have one game to close so we will see if OKC can bounce back....I don't think they can though...Game 5, in Miami, down 3-1 to a team that wants the championship so bad....Gonna be a good one..

Congrats to the Heat. Lebron dominated that series... wow! He's a beast. Thank God I don't have to listen to Lebron getting his first ring anymore. Well.. probably another few days of it anyway.

This is the main reason I wanted the Heat to win. But now instead of an entire off season of hearing how he didn't get the job done, we have an entire off season to hear about how he did get the job done. He's like Timmy Tebow, except with talent.

Now we're going to have to listen to how Lebron has to win multiple rings to be considered one of the greats.
