National Championship Game Thread

Is it just me, or has there not been much coverage on this matchup? Maybe I am just basking in the Gator's recent beatdown of Cincy and their cleanup of top recruits at the UA All-American game:D

Either way, I hope Alabama thrashes Texas so it'll be clear who the two best teams in the nation are, Alabama and Florida. Everyone, please save the "Boise is better that Florida" nonsense.

Hopeful score: Alabama 31-10

Likely Prediction: Alabama 27-17

 

Boise State >>>>> Florida

 

boise doesn't deserve to hold tebow's jock strap.... texas is extremely over-rated... bama or florida either one will/would thrash texas... there is no question in my mind that florida should be playing bama thursday instead of texas... in my eyes the college football championship game was played in atlanta a few weeks back

 

This is great and all, but what if out of some miraculous miracle Texas handles Bama like Utah did last year?

It is quite possible, ya know?

 

i keep hearing about that game... where'd utah end up this year?? where's bama?? someone had an off game and someone else got extremely lucky is all... the sun shines on a dog's a$$ every now and then ya know......

 

Sometimes its hard for me to pull for the SEC team. :D I kid!

 

I wouldn't say Utah got lucky that game. They dominated Bama.

Just saying that everyone thought Bama would run through Utah, but it turned out very different.

 

a pumped up utah team playing a dejected bama team that lost a fairly close game to florida a few weeks earlier... utah ~may~ have dominated that game, but as i said, bama didn't even show up to that game... either way, this bama team is not the same team as last year and i'm pretty sure they remember how they got beat last last season... bama deserved to lose that game cuz they didn't even try...

I really hate the fact everyone is picking BAMA, gives me a bad feeling, even though we should be OK. All this time off hurts everyone, as seen by last night sloppy game from two high scoring teams.
