Which do you like better? I asked for the G5 T3 for x-mas but got the NAP Scorpions. Both have replaceable blades but I can resharpen the T3's easier I think and they have an 1/4" larger cutting diameter. Also I like the rear deployment and all steel construction. Right now I'm using G5 Strikers and I really like them but I am always looking to try new broadheads. I have never been a big fan of mechanical broadheads but I want to have an open mind. I have tried Rage and thought they were very lacking for various reasons.

Honestly, to me they're basically the same thing. On the T3's, all the pros use them. I know that doesnt mean much to most but if they were junk they wouldnt be used. Bloodrunners have my favorite action. Simplicity is key.
The scorpions are the same as the grim reapers. People are loving them, havent heard any negatives yet.

All about the money...but I do agree the two heads operate in the exact same way, and one shouldn't get caught up on cutting diameter to the degree 1/4 inch is make it or break it. If re-sharpening your blades is something you have to have (I personally never re-use a head purposely, they ride the quiver just incase) I'd go with something like the Hell Razor. Guys are just going giddy over how well they're made and made to be re-sharpened easier!

No offense guys - but those two heads are very different. The T3 is a rearward-opening mechanical, which means the blades are closed in flight and slide backwards upon impact. The Scorpion is also a mechanical head, but the blades are an "over the top" style. They are closed in flight and open outward on impact.

There's nothing wrong with either design and they will both kill deer just fine, but they are definitely different in how the operate.

I personally prefer NAP heads over G5, but that's just me. Either one will work if you put it in the right place.

I think the T3 is the way to go.
