Ok, I'm giving the NAP Quick Fletch a shot on 6 of my arrows. I'm shooting Carbon express Maxima Blue Streak Arrows with the bulldog collar. The question is, do you leave the bulldog collar on and slide the Quick Fletch to the base of that or do you take off the bulldog collar and take the Quick Fletch all the way down to the base of the arrow?

You can leave the collars on. The back of my tubing is about 1/8" from the base of the collar. You can kinda tell from this pic.

Ok, sweet. Thanks. My Collars are glued on so my Luminoks contact properly, so I was hoping I didn't have to figure out how to get them loose.

Yep mine are glued down too. It will work fine if you put the up to the collar like Fitz said. Post some pictures once you finish the arrows. :tu:

My collars are off of my hunting arrows (3) for my lighted nocks. But the rest are like fitz's arrows

    Nicely done! :tu:

I like to put my Quikfletch just over the back of the collar so it holds it in place. Beats having to glue it down.

Interesting. I may have to try that. Is there still room to file down the collar for the lumenok?

Yeah I've been looking at them. I might have to pick some up. Are they easy to install?

Mine were. They are snug, but thats good. I also like that you can twist them easily once they are installed. I got the green ones to match of course, but I've been happy with then so far :tu:

Do the NAP Quick Fletches always shrink square or do they sometimes end up offset or helical? The shrink wrap just looks so loose when they slide over the arrow before you dip them that it looks like the fletching could end up crooked?

I have never tried them but was always curious how consistent and straight the fletching ends up.

Thanks for the input Fitz. Ill probably pick up a couple pink ones. How bright are they? My lumenoks are super bright so I'm wondering how they would compare to them.

They have always went on the same for me. The vanes always line up as they should and nothing has been crooked.

Just got myself my first set of NAP Quuckfletchs with twister vains. Found them at D!cks Sporting goods for $17 for a 6 pack. Gonna put them on in a few hours after I'm done putting up a gazebo. Oh I also found 3 packs of Nocturnals lighted nocks at WalyWorld for $25. So I get my first set of lighted nocks. Can't wait to switch my arrows around soon. I'll post pics on this thread a little later when I'm done. :D

They seem bright to me, but I have nothing to compare them to.

Here's my new NAP Quikfletchs I just put on. Can't wait to shoot them and see if I notice a difference in my arrow flight. :) uploadfromtaptalk1376690419913.jpg

When you guys remove the vanes how close do you need to get them? Remove this stuff with adhesive?[IMG]
