I'm actually going to set it up right now and see how it works and shoots.

Well I got it setup on my backup bow and it's ok I can't complain for what I paid for it I just wish the forks would stay up instead of coming up during the draw and prob my biggest complaint or really only complaint about this rest is the forks should be a little deeper there pretty shallow it seems like alot of room for something to go wrong like arrow not staying on during the draw or jumping off but other than that it's not bad and very very light weight but I set it up to what the last rest I had on the bow was and had it shooting Bullet holes in 2 adjustments.

I have had a couple arrows to fall off during draw but that was my fault more than the rest due to me jerking at the end of the draw, I was watching how it worked instead of focusing on the draw
But with a few shots, I haven't had any trouble with it
The only problem I have with it, as already stated, is it doesn't stay locked on draw and you can't lock it before draw but other than that, a decent rest for the money
    I can't afford $100+ or I'd have a Ripcord installed

And keep your bow as level, left and right, as possible when drawing and you shouldn't have any problems with the arrow falling off the side

I have a slow draw anyway, how fast is yours, could that be the cause?

That could have been what caused my problems
I haven't shot in a couple weeks due to work
Next time I shoot, I'll take note of how I draw and try a fast and slow draw and see if anything changes
