    did any of you have to loosen up the screw to make the broadhead expand the full 2 inches on contact?

    No never and I've shot them for a few years. You shouldn't need to do that. If you've shot it a few times already maybe they its bent and time to disguard that one.

    I shot them in my target a few times and can't get bigger than maybe an inch of a cut. I loosened them up a bit and now I'm getting 2 inch cuts on impact

    I've never had that problem either. Not sure id be messing with the screws though. Like Troy said its time to throw that head out or use it as a practice tip. IMHO.

    Never had that issue. One lessened up after I shot a deer but they include a wrench to tighten them. I'd give them a call and stare your case. They have a good customer service.
