I just have to give props to New Archery Products customer service. I have never had as good of an experience with a company as I have NAP. As I posted a while back, I had a problem with an Apache stabilizer breaking on the release of an arrow. They sent me a new one free of charge. the day I installed the new stabilizer I shot my arrows I had used the Quick Fletch on and had one come loose. I feel it could have been me installing them that caused the failure but, I can't be certain. I emailed one of their engineers which Justin had talked to about my issue with the stabilizer and simply asked home for any tips when installing the next batch I bought. I didn't think much about it after sending the email. A few days later I received an email from him saying he wanted me to try them again (which I already had decided I would be buying another pack to try again) and he said he would be sending me some more. On Tuesday of this week I received a package via UPS from NAP. In the box were (an amount I will not disclose) NAP QuickFletch. Lets just say I was surprised at how many were there.

NAP has another customer for as long as I am a bowhunter and that will be as long as I can draw back a bow of legal draw weight.

All of my accessories are now NAP, that I can buy anyways. I just wish they made an Apache Sight. I have a feeling if they did it would be one nice piece of equipment.

Just thought I would share with everyone my experience with a company that backs what they sale and wants to earn your business.

Oh and the engineer did give me a tip when installing the QuikcFletch. He said that when dipping them in the water to submerge it slowley so that as the sleeve shrinks down it pushes the water out. I havent had time to try this as we are remoldeling our house but, I will be making time this weekend to install the ones I recieved on my remaining practice arrows and the one that failed. I will keep everyone posted as to how well this works.

I currently do not own any NAP products but it is good to hear that there are companies out there that ensure they keep customers.

Had the same experience with my Apache... I had a clearance issue on my bow, he told me what I needed to do and promised if I gooned it up he would send me a new one.

    Good to go.

That is awesome! I'm all about customer service. Bushnell replaced 2 cams no questions asked and moultrie sent me camera pieces when I told them I got it used.
