I have bad mouthed and bashed NAP products. I want to apologize to NAP for this(called and said I was sorry). I bought the NAP 360 hostage rest and shot with it all year last year. I went through the rest piece several times.(it comes with a few of them) I thought it was the rest and that it was junk. I called NAP after saying a few choice words about their product. I talked to one of the techs who was very helpful with the information that I needed. He sent me 4 of the pieces that I needed free of charge. I now will tell every one that NAP is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. I have never had a company treat me as well as they did. The knowledge of the staff was great. It just goes to show me that my first reaction is usually a bad one. Thank you NAP for the life lesson.
Good customer service is an added plus. I emailed 365 Archery about additional weights for my 6" side stab and they never got back to me. No worries, I moved the Limbsaver Freelance Enhancer from my B-Stinger front stab and a 1oz weight to the back carbon 365 and it feels really good. Who knew?

If I am wrong I try to admit it right away. I was very wrong to bad mouth a company when I never tried to solve the issue with them. It was my fault for not talking to them. I was set straight in my ways.
