Since I installed this product I have been extremely pleased with it. Best stabilizer I have shot with so far. Here is what happened. I went out to shoot a few shots, not many just a few. On the last shot, I released the arrow and when I did I saw something go fying and land about 5 feet in front of me. At first I was like what the heck? I don't break form until after the arrow impacts so I broke form and looked down and there laid 90% of my stabilizer. I have not dropped the bow nor has it been anywhere other than the case in my house. The base is still there but the bars that run through the rubber broke off where it attaches to the base. I attached a pick. I know this is probably a one in a million issue so I am not mad or anything at all. Has anyone else had this happen? Has anyone had to deal with their customer service and if so how were they to deal with?

It wasn't the rest. It was the stabilizer. The rest is still good to go. I called when it happened. I guess it was after hours.

WOW is what I can say for NAP customer service. They are the best I have ever dealt with. It takes a lot to impress me when iy comes to customer service and they have. They are sending me a new stabilizer this coming Monday. I am sending back mine so that they can inspect it and try to find out what may have happened. They are paying for the shipping of mine back to them. On top of that, they are sending me a free set of broadheads to try out. Not sure which ones but, he asked me if I shot fixed or mecs. I told him fixed and he said he would include a free set of three. I was already impressed by their products and now their customer service. I will deffinately use as many products of theirs I can use. I'm trying the quickfletch next. I have a few arrows that need new fletchings. If you have ever second guessed NAP, I would suggest you use their products.

Ever notice that companies that back their products thrive while the poor car ones struggle?
