    The food stamp program, part of the Department of Agriculture, is pleased to be distributing the greatest amount of food stamps ever.
    Meanwhile, the Park Service, also part of the Department of Agriculture, asks us to "please do not feed the animals" because the animals may grow dependent and not learn to take care of themselves.

    LOL I was also going to point out that now they are comparing how we treat animals to how we treat humans, you know, just like ingrid newkirk :).

    Hell, I took mine as it was sent to me..... just as a joke. I think the thread title should have let you in on that. I wasn't even thinking it may not have been true.LOL But since we're talking true.... your little article is only covering "CHILDREN". Doesn't say a thing about all the food stamps. Less kids these days. And the one family has 19 kids and they're not on welfare. LOL
