I love Nachos. Who doesn't? I try not to eat them too often to keep my girlish figure.:D

So, when I do indulge I want the best nachos possible. How do you make your nachos? Looking for some new killer nacho recipes to try.

I use Tostitos Salsa Con Queso Medium variety.
Add a bunch of canned sliced Jalepenos
Add a can of Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
Most of the time I go w/out ground beef but sometimes I will add some.
I usually prefer white corn tortilla chips.

Man, nothing like cold beer and nachos.

I can do without full blown nachos with all the toppings. I prefer to have Tostitos white corn with lime flavoured chips and some moderately spicy, but still good flavoured salsa.

If I'm out somewhere and they have 'em, it's nacho chips, jalepeno slices and cheese dip with a beer or pop.

    I love them many ways...

At home was always make them the same way (super eazy and quick). Spread re-fried beans on top of the chips and add shredded cheese with one or two jalapeno slices per chip. Bake until cheese has melted and then add mexican hot sauce.

I like the mexican hot sauce idea. I will try that next time. You you put everything together and then bake? Is that with or without chips?

We put the beans, cheese and peppers on the chips then bake. I put the hot sauce on afterwards, otherwise the hot sauce dries out a bit in the oven.

Brad, I used to hang around a girl a long time ago and we used to eat 7-11 Nachos after our nights of beer drinking. I remember it being hilarious as we stumbled home and I would just look at her and point at 7-11 (couldn't really speek after 20 beers). We would go in there and dump 40 lbs of chili and cheese on those poor nachos.

First things first...the best chip I've tasted is Snyder's of Hanover White Corn Tortilla Chip. I love the flavor and the texture....mmm...mmm delicious.
