No problem Jeff, not taken wrong at all. We'll see how the color holds up now and go from there. Thanks for the kind words Jeff.
Man that really turned out awesome, you gotta really be happy with that Steve. Those limb skins really compliment the riser. Just can't say enough how well that thing looks now.
Wow, thanks Ryan!! Finally something worked that I needed patience to do, I usually don't have patience for this type of stuff. Lots of work was put Into It that's for sure. I can't Imagine the work these bowyers do, I respect them guys more then ever after doing my little project. Thanks again everyone!!
You bet, and its gotta mean just a little more to you, knowing you did the work.. shes beautiful ... So the ? is.. YOU GONNA CAMO HER UP or is she gonna STAY PURDY! LOL
You did well Steve. Very good job. I think it looks fantastic. I like the limb covers. I can not make up my mind if I want those type(Onestringer), or something else. How 'bout taking it thru the briar patch and let me know how they hold up? That was my main concern. Durability. Again, great job. Bobby
She's turned out great Steve , them skins look really good with the light riser .... i love that look , 10/10 mate .
Nice job Steve! Just think how that purdy bow is going to look laying across that monster buck this fall!
Lmao! I wasn't doubting your skills, just the task as a whole. Thats tough work fixing up splintering limbs...
I know you weren't Al, just funning with ya Is all!! Surprisingly fixing the splinters was the easiest part of the whole project. The sanding Is what sucked, just ask Kanga!!
Steve, I've been checking this thread on and off to see how your project was coming along, and I must say, that bow looks sweet! Thats very cool you took on the project on your own. Sounds like a great bow, I bet you have many memories attached to it over all those years
