    I have just been informed that my wife has a weekend booked for us in L.A. on Oct. 24th at the Staples Center. UFC 104 baby! We are going for my 40th B-day! Wooo WHoooo!

    Awesome Shed. My wife and I went to a UFC in Atlantic City like 8 years ago. Back when I was doing my own MMA thing, I snuck into the press conference after the fights and got Tito Ortiz, Randy Couture, Carlos Newton, Chuck Liddell's and others autographs. Chuck Liddell and I continued to talk via e-mail for many years afterwards...that is one cool dude.
