It was 95 today here in MD today and will be 102 tomorrow which means I will be waist deep in the Monocacy river fishing for smallmouth from about 1 o'clock on.

Still 94 degrees inside the house.

I don't mind it much... but I do think I'll level a spot out for the pool tomorrow. :D

The Crabtree Compound stays a comfortable 70F. At the office today it was also 70F. The short trip to and from in my air conditioned Dodge Ram was also comfortable.

Great weather up here in the low 80's with a nice breeze. Shoveled out a grain bin bottom today, worked on a combine and didn't even break much of a sweat. Very nice !!!!

I always thought you were a wuss if you played golf. I suppose being drunk would make it a little more fun. It wouldn't be pretty for the golf clubs though !!! :p

We hit 109 according to the local weather guy, and have 108 forecasted for the next 3 days straight.

Figures this is the weekend my workers leave for a Florida vacation and I'm back in the mowing game after over a year off. As crispy as it is, I won't have many to do (don't know whether that is a good or bad thing).

Bud Light and Pool/Lake water is for sure in my future for the next several days.

The pool is great especially if you have something good to look at...

After surviving last years Texas summer, I think I can make it through anything. In fact, I didn't think it was all that bad today.

Bruce, I worked a call the other day outside for about an hour and I swear I lost darn near 5 lbs of water weight. I drank water for nearly 5 hours before I felt normal again. :) I am going to be hurting this weekend.

I could never live in the South ... that heat is crazy! I love the "dry heat" argument ... an oven is dry heat too ;)
