    Watched Stan Potts hit one a “little bit back” as they like to say. Aka gut shot. And did not get a pass through. If you can’t get a pass through on a gut shot you need to reconsider your set up.

    IMO, lighter arrows for better trajectory for longer shots...all the rage now it seems on the hunting shows...combined with mechanicals that both need some of the energy to deploy and have large cutting diameters. As long as the blades make it into the vitals and cause a lot of hemorrhaging, and you can follow the basics of tracking a blood trail, then good to go.
