The Xpeditions use draw mods....not draw specific cams. Mods are much cheaper and usually the dealer where you bought the bow will swap them out for free as long as they're still in good shape.

Not the case on all models.

Example..... Mod Type is DL Specific

Sweet looking bow! Congrats. Holding that weight, you could hold at full draw for several minutes!! Best of luck with the new set up!!

Yes, they are draw specific Mods but are still cheaper to replace than a draw specific Cam. They do not use rotating Mods. I have an Xcentric 7 on order....cant wait till it gets here!

I got a 28.5" and cam with 28 and 29 mods as well. You get 1" of draw adjustment with each one. They tend to run a little short. My 28.5 actually measures a hair over 28.25.

That's a nice looking bow, I've heard nothing but good things about the company. I have never shot one before, wish I had before I bought my new bow.

None so far. Just wax them and they are fine. I know several shooting the Xcentric and no issues.

I seen both, some with no issues and some that chew them up big time.

The shop I got mind from has sold probably 50-60 since he picked them up almost 2years ago and no issues. Only issue I had was a slight pop that developed when I would start to draw on the first 2 or 3 shots. Gentry took the bolts out and put wax on them and it is gone. Had a similar thing with my Faktor and a Z7.

They had a problem with a batch of the ATR's on the 2014's that would chew cables but they are replacing them for free if anyone has a problem. The only problem I have seen on the 2015's has come from aftermarket strings. I don't think some guys are making them to manufacturers specs, thus causing cable wear. There has not been any problems with the 2015 ATR's using the stock strings. My Xcentric 7 shoots like a dream...best bow I've ever owned in 35 years of shooting!
