Some of you guys have seen this but what the hell, I'm stoked!

Well guys I have just become a new owner of a WhisperStik VoodooStik. 58" - 50# @ 28" with JD's normal grip. I have heard nothing but good things about this bow. I was going to order a new one from JD but this one popped up. I purchased it from a fellow Tradganger. If I like it I will order a new one this summer[;)][:D][:)] Should be here Mon/Tues of this week! Its going to be a long weekend. Here are some pics for now!

Now THAT'S pretty, I'd be excited too... I've not had the opportunity to see one up close or see one shoot so ya know when you get it.. I want to hear all about it..

That is gorgeous. I love woodgrain, it is something that will never go out of style. The design and shape of the bow is very interesting, is there reasons for it, or just something they came up with?
I really need to look to see what that bow in my dad's closet is, It has been there forever. He said something about getting cedar arrows for it, and I never heard anything about it after that.

The limbs are bamboo core and Marblewood, the Riser is Tambootie and African Black Wood, JD the bowyer, said the Black Wood was the only kind he has ever seen like it! The bow is used but new to me, made in April of 08, pretty much brand new. I got a smokin' deal on it!

I've been pretty impressed with the Bamboo core.. It makes for a pretty quick shooting bow..
