Going Grocery shopping tonight. I plan on making 30-50 breakfast burritos to bring up to camp

I was going to do the same but for lunch tortilla with peanut butter and cheese and salami wraps. What do you make for breakfast that keeps?

 

Same here. Also if I have a tag I don't need pepper spray

 

I'm making around 50 breakfast burritos that I'll freeze and bring up and everyone is welcome to them. Poptarts are easy too and keep. Lunch I'm planning on somehting simple peanut butter jelly, sandwhich type stuff, lunchables, etc. dinner haven't decided yet but know Will is getting some or most of it. I plan on doing dove breast wrapped in bacon, jalepeno poppers, and maybe rocky moutain oysters for an evening appetizer for everyone.

Do you stay out all day then? I'm planning that way. Even bringing a hennessy hammock

 

I don't know that I'll stay out all day everyday. If I'm working some elk I'll for sure stay out and can even stay the night in a bivy type camp if needed. I'll have my pickup to run guys to and from camp as needed. The time is definetly drawing near and I'm ready to head to the hills. I'm making all the burritos tonight and have to touch base with Will. Thursday night I'll be loading up my pickup and taking off friday after work. I'll arrive in camp saturday morning.

Carp I've made sure to charge my camera so I can hopefully take lots of pictures. I'm not good at it but my favorite part of peoples hunting trips are looking at their pictures so I'm going to try and get a lot. Mostly camp, the people, scenery, wildlife, and any trophies weather it be a grouse, elk, deer, bear, or whatever we find to turn into a trophy.

 

Hopefully some pictures of some drunken fools too to use as black mail later.

 

Reading this thread Is VERY hard and It's getting even harder. Damn I wish I was going elk hunting this year.

 

Shultzy hop on a plane and get over here. I'd love to go after elk with ya.

I'm ready to take off. I'll be packing my pickup tomorrow after work and I'm out of here. Matt when are you headed out?

 

I'm packed and fly out 2:55pm tomorrow the 14th. Land in Vale around 7pm.
