    I was shocked at the placement of the shot. That was an awesome shot for a veteran, even less a first kill! Great job and now you will be hooked for the life of you!

    I lucked out. He came in close to the edge of the tree line, which was only about 10 yards from my stand. He stopped right in front of me and put his head down. It gave me a chance to take my time and set the pin.
