We started of hunting Wednesday afternoon. It was 85 degrees and the full moon was just around the corner. We were hunting this farm just outside Norwich,OH. I set up between a corn field and a spring while my bubby set up where 3 feilds came together. We both saw a doe and 2 fawns. Same story for Thursday except I shot a racoon. Friday was colder with clouds and Quiksilver made a apperance. Well we got Fran on his way and I set up on the corn field tonight. I saw good action with with a 7 pointer at 5 yards he gets to see another day.My buddy on the other field saw an 8 point but couldn't get the shot.:deer:

Saturday morning Quiksilver took us over to his hunting grounds, in the end we all saw deer and had a great trip. The only real bad thing to happen was I cracked a rib Thurday night on my climber.:bash:

Danno - next year, we'll see if we can't time things a little better. Shoot for November. I'll keep a couple vacation days in my pocket.

Mike - you're coming with Dan next fall. We'll hunt my areas, and I'll have several days' worth of stand sites ready to go. By the way, I read the post about the 160. Damn.
