Chevy is offering upwards of $12,000 in discounts right now. When I bought mine last October, they gave me $11,500 in discounts and a healthy trade in on my Colorado that had turned over 100K miles.
Well this ordeal is over, and now that it's all signed and official I can spill the beans. My Dodge truck was fine, the dealer blew chunks. I had three recurring problems that had not been fixed correctly. Door Lock, tire leaking and the big one was the rear diff not being fixed correctly. When they wanted to charge me labor to fix the rear diff I lost my composure, I fought with them and Dodge for three days. I was having some service done to the truck also, tranny fluid change and coolent. Well I decided I was not going to have them try and fix the rear end again for the third time, so I went to get it. They did not change the coolent fluid and they charge me an inspection fee for the rear end, I really lost it, LOL I drove the truck over to the Chevy dealer and traded it, I got a fair price and the truck was pretty close to being paid off. I got a great deal on the chevy, more HP and towing.
I used to own an S10 but will not support Chevy since they got in bed with the government. I have owned both Dodge and Chevy Trucks. Now own toyota its not even close the quality durability toyota easily takes it.
Sharp looking truck Germ. I've had same issues with the Dodge dealer here, on a routine oil change the guy didn't notice the rubber gasket from the oil filter didn't come off, and he put the new filter on so with TWO rubber gaskets now....of course it didn't seal and oil sprayed EVERYWHERE in their bay and they "rinsed" my engine compartment out but it still had oil everywhere. I now drive an 06 F250....Chevy is probably going to be my next truck when this diesel has worn out.
