I will keep you in my prayers SB. Like you my Grandpa just found out that he has it too. He decided to go the radiation route instead of surgery though. His doctor was very optimistic that everything would be fine since they caught it early.

    Good luck with the gobblers!

Sorry to hear this, my prayers are with you and the family. The best thing to do is keep high spirits like you have right now and it'll be over with before you know it. Can't hurt that turkey season is right around the corner.

    Thanks Everybody!!!! It means alot!!!!

I'm really lucky!!! I have zero symptoms, but during my annual physical my PSA went to 5 so my doc sent me to a urologist w/ an abundance of caution.

I don'y have a tumor or anything, but the cells have started mutating...which means it is only detectable via microscope...

But I'm cuttin the whole shootin match out, while I'm still healthy. I should be gettin wood again inside of 6 months.

Sorry to hear the news. Glad they caught it early though...once you get in the mid 40's every man should get his prostate checked every year during the routine physical. Our prayers are with you and wishing you a speedy recovery.
