Mulberry, I was about 8 miles south and a little west of Mt Sterling. Or just a couple miles east of Siloam Springs. A place called Ridgeview Winery aka Hunting Unlimited Inc. Where are you going?
I'll be close to there, hunting off of 107 and 550N west of 107. Your pics got me stoked, my neighbor always shoots dinks down there and I passed on going last year only to realize they were in Brown.
The reason I almost passed on this buck is because there are some true giants roaming around down there. I think you'll have a good time down there. I sure wish we had that quality of hunting around here.
Holy crap - from looking at a map it looks like you were within a mile or two of where our lease is at. That bodes well for us! :D
We should be pretty close to you guys, I know Todd is going to be a little farther as well if I remember. We will be staying in the old farmhouse on the property so let me know if you guys want to swing by.
LOL! I have a map that shows where it is and outlines the property.....or will I get lost? Our first day is going to be pretty low key and not getting in too deep. We want to get a decent stand set and then observe what's going on without running in and bumping deer around.
