Well the regular wrestling season is done. Team sections is upon us. After sat one of theses teams will be in the state tourney. My boys team is seated #2 I just don't think they have enough horses in the stable. To come out on top. Although come individual sections my boy should be seated #2 he has beat the #5 and #10 ranked kid in the state. Sam isn't ranked but has a super good shot at it. Now next round at noon Saturday. He has the #5 in the state in that match. they have wrestled twice this year tommy won the first one 11-0, sam looked pretty flat. but took it to him the second match 8-2 good luck kid!
Well the little grapler is in the tub relaxing then off to bed. Has tommy selander a senior ranked #5 in Mn tomorrow. Wrestled him twice this year got blanked bad the first match then took it to him the second. If the team wins then in the finals sam gets the #2 kid. Good luck Sammy I'm sure proud of you this year.
He is only a sophomore in high school. Not really geared up for college yet. If so he isn't good enough to to wrestle for a major school. Wrestling is pretty strong in this neck of the woods. He may be able to wrestle for a smaller school.
That's one of the things I'm thinking about for Matthew... that he may be able to land a scholarship in wrestling if he takes to it. There's no karate scholarships that I know of... Keep rollin, Sam!
