My Chill r is making a distinct ticking noise when I'm drawing the bow back, it is consistent in the same spot of the draw cycle. I just got the bow new about a month ago and shoot it pretty regularly, probably about 500 shots through it so far. has anyone had a similar problem?

Definately sounds like a something in the limb pocket. I had an older pse stingray do that. Take it to your local shop, they should be able to get rid of that pretty easily. More than likely just needs a touch of grease in the pocket and your all set.
