Here's my 40yrd group from the kneeling position today...

Last year I was "Mr. form" when it came to shooting, I concentrated way to hard. Needless to say my accuracy went to crap. Between the middle of March and the middle of May this year I shot 150-200 arrows PER day. Some say it's too much, but it worked for me. As cliche as it sounds I can honestly say my bow is now an extension of me. I don't notice anything but my pin on the target and my shooting proves it.

Nice shooting...I know what you mean by trying to hard! I focus on the spot I want to hit and the pin is secondary in my vision just the opposite of you and my shooting falls right into place. Sounds like we have some issues in common.

Yeah I have the ability to focus from target to pin really quickly, helps alot. My form was already pretty much there, two biggest things for me were follow through and shooting with both eyes open.
