    I thought it might be fun to post updates from my hunts this season. This is my second sit, and I am looking for one of these guys here. It's a little warm tonight in Northwestern KY. But a gorgeous calm night.[​IMG][​IMG]

    It's a mix...white and red clover, alfalfa, brassicas, chickory. It's in some crappy soil, but it seems to be doing good this year.

    Yep, got pictures of him since June. Killed one two years ago with white hooves.

    Same little spotted deer came through again at 6:30. Hopefully his grandpa stops by tonight as well.

    Good luck to ya, looks like it's going to be to hot for awhile for me to hunt here in northern Kentucky. Probably won't get back out till around last week of September it looks like

    Yep, after tonight I think that's my plan as well. Regroup, maybe hang another set, but wait for the cooler weather.

    Looks like there is a good cold front supposed to come in the last week of September, so will see if it holds true. You hunt at all in Kenton county

    Haven't had a chance to hit the stand much the last week or so, but I did pull some camera cards the other night. Got a couple pictures of this guy, haven't seen him since last December.[​IMG]

    Well I finally got a chance to get back in the stand this evening. I'm hunting a different food plot, and looking for the guy in the post above. He seems to have been hitting this plot fairly regularly right at dark. I'm hoping the cool weather makes him come in a little earlier. Here Re a couple of pictures from the stand.     I wish I was getting on here to report better news, but I just missed a mature doe at 35 yards. Good news....It was a clean miss. I'm a little bummed now though.
