Has anyone had any experience with these broadheads? Sent from my VS987 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
I can't tell you about the crossbow version but I will say the ones for the compound bows are awesome. No blade retention system, awesome cutting surface. Check your state regs to make sure they are legal some call them a barbed head.
Can't talk about the crossbow version, but the HB is amazing. I was asked if I shot this doe with a muzzleloader.
I haven't shot a deer with them yet, but they fly great out of my bow while I practice. Maybe I will get a chance at a deer soon.
Shot with an HB out of a 12 year old bow at 20 yards. Ran less than 20 yards and piled up, I've never seen so much blood inside a body cavity when gutting a deer before. I didn't get a pass through because I hit the opposite shoulder. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
