Does anyone shoot these heads? They look pretty nice and I like the idea of them, I'm currently shooting shwackers and like them a lot, just thinking of trying something new this year, any input on how these perform ?

They are awesome heads, no blade retention system, no way for the head to fail. I will be using them again this fall.

I shoot shwackers too and want to look at these Muzzys, I like the shwackers but want something that can make up for hitting bone, just for piece of mind in case they do not expand as intended. I've always liked the MX-3, and feel much more confident with them.

I'm the exact same, I hit a doe last year and must have hit the shoulder only got 2-4 inches of penetration. Interested to see how these work out

Put it on an arrow that weighs in at 450-475 grains and it will not disapoint.

I really wish Muzzy made them in 125 grain. I shot them last year on CX Piledrivers that were at 450 grains. I did shoot a doe it was horrible shot had her spin out on me the arrow went in the back ham between the udder and the guts and stuck into the opposing leg bone. I felt sick as I watched the doe run off, I wanted to throw my bow. I found her later thanks to my lit nock but when I walked back the trail from where I found her there was a blood trail 4 feet wide. I had to wedge a foot and use both hands to pull the arrow out of the doe but the head was intact.

I just bought a 3 pack of these. I have always shot Muzzy fixed blades so this seems like a smooth transition into mechanicals.

Dang, that's crazy, glad you found her. I'm going to give these heads a shot this year. I like that there is still two fixed blades "just in case". I've always liked the Muzzy brand, hopefully, these are my go to heads.

I really like the two fixed blades as well, I've had it happen a few times where I shoot too close to the shoulder and don't get good penetration, I've been working on making sure I'm aiming back a little further now as well
