I'm sure my taste in music isn't the same as everyone else's, but I'm currently really into Brothers of the Heart got to them because I'm a Jimmy Fortune fan and he sings in Brothers of the Heart.
Went and saw the Dead South last night, awesome show. We had general admission tickets I stood right next to a guy in a wheel chair by the sound booth. It was awesome we were at the top of the stairs, I only had to remind a couple people to move because they were standing in front of a guy in a chair blocking his view. I did buy him a couple waters and it was the best spot I have ever had for a general admission show.
Myles Kennedy solo show Saturday nite, he is lead singer, guitar player for Alter Bridge, GREAT band! 1 of the opening bands was Tim Montana, never heard of him, really good band. One of the draw backs of just listening to satellite radio.
Not sure which station you listen to but they've played a fair amount of Tim Montana on Octane. Devil You Know was in rotation for a few months at least.
Sturgil Simpson is coming back to Minnesota, I can't justify the $333 price of a ticket. Well evidently my wife can, we are going. Been waiting 5 years to see him.
Got into classical music while in grad school. Made for good background music for studying. Haven't listened to C&W for about 40 years. Used to have a classic C&W station nearby but it went contemporary.
The best of both worlds, currently listening at work. https://archive.org/details/deadfloyd2023-11-11/deadfloyd2023-11-11d01t02.flac
My wife knew I was not going to pay crazy money but knew I really want to see sturgill, she got a better deal only $225 a ticket. She put it on my pay pal account.
