Let us know what you think, my dad and i have been talking about the rover pro for 6 months now. Keep reading great reviews but it's so unconventional it doesn't seem right! Might have to just do it anyway! P&Y will frown on it but oh well!

Buy a multi-pin now, or after you missed or wounded an animal because you forgot to adjust your pin in the always dynamic real-life hunting situations

Really? I set my pin at 25 yards and leave it and adjust for distance with pin placement, not difficult really.

When you get to your stand you don't range find distances before deer come in?

Yes, but deer move, sometimes too fast for you to adjust your pin...I have 2 family members who this exact situation happened to during rut this year...with multi its no problem

I've shot muti up to 2 weeks ago so I guess I'll have to wait till next season to figure it out. As of right now I leave my pin at 30 yards and can hit 20.30.40 accurately without adjusting and feel really confident . Practice and knowing your equipment helps.

It's a little unconventional to a standard bow sight I can understand. But I also shoot rifles and the scope design and windage adjustment seems really good. I'll report back.

I have a multi pin now. It's a little cluttered for the speed of my bow. In the blind I have there isn't any shot over 30yds so adjusting the pin I don't have to worry. When I'm in the stand, same. I range the yardage. Nothing over 40 generally so 1 pin would work.

If I have a shot over 40, I can easily range it and shoot.

I am currently trying the Apex covert pro and I really like it. It takes a while to get things set to arrow weight and bow speed but I really like the uncluttered sight picture

I've been using an HHA Optimizer Lite for the past 5 years and it has done well for me. This year though I kinda have the itch to see something new on my bow so I have been thinking about trying the TR React Pro. I am a little concerned I won't like the clutter so I have been thinking maybe I would stick with HHA and go to the King Pin.

I don't understand the fascination with the React site. Switched to a HHA this year, so far loving it.

Fixed pins and a single pin slider what's not to love about the react sight?

My understanding of the sight is that it sets your 40,50,60 for you once you sight in the 20 and 30. I don't see the big whoop about that. Just me though...

So instead of the range rover pro, I went with the HHA. now I have to find a side quiver to fit so I can adjust as well. Any suggestions?

@elkguide that's what I was thinking. That seems to be THE quiver to have. Crazy versatile and unbeatable features

    Bryan,

I looked at the hoggfather. Great sights but a bit higher than I'd like to spend. Especially since I'm trying it out. If I like the single pin, I may upgrade or change later. Thanks for the input

The nice thing about the hogg father is you can get it in a single pin, 3 pin, 5 pin, or 7 pin. i have tried single pin and like them, but there not good if a deer comes in close. so i ordered my hogg father with 3 pins. i set them at 25 yrds, 40 yards, and 50 yards. my 50 pin covers every yardage up to 125. everything on it is micro adjust. including the pins. also it has 3rd and 4th axis adjustment! no slop in the all aluminum sight at all! i ordered mine from the local shop and it costs a bit more, but i am happy to keep a small shop going! i paid $440 out the door, and that was with the small housing, and custom sight colors and sizes. I know the sight is very expensive! i had to save extra money aside for a few months to get it, but man it is worth it. I couldnt find another sight that even came close. it has everything i wanted on it.
