I am thinking about buying the muddy outfitter camera arm....Does anyone use this? It looks like it is a good arm. I am also going to buy a Manfrotto 701 HDV Fluid Head to go on it...is this a good combo? i have a canon Gl2 so nothing really that big.

Cant go wrong with either. Both are two of the best on the market.

The muddy and the 701 should be a good combo! I havent used the muddy but the 701 head is a great head for the money!

I have that exact setup with a Canon HFS 30 and love it. I can disassemble it and pack it all in a back pack for walking in and out. Everything works well together and is solid and smooth.
