Muddy Thank you

I just talk to a wonderful lady at muddy outdoors. My strap the holds the sticks together was in my pack that got swipe. Muddy does not sell them seperate, but she is sending me one free of charge.

You probably talked to either G or Jo, both wonderful people to deal with. Their cust service is great, no doubt. I had some trouble with my harness that I got last year, and Larry had a new one shipped out to me within 2 days. Good deal.

 

Glad to hear they took care of you. I've had nothing but positive experiences with them and ordered a number of products from them.

 

Good to hear about things like this... thanks for taking the time to post 'er up Gary, even though I've never used a Muddy product (outside of this weekend's hunt with Hunsucker).

Things like this go a long way to influencing me to look at a product though.

 

i talked to Jo last week and she was soooooo sweet, even though she is a Rams fan...

 

I have always been real impressed with everyone over at Muddy. Plan on ordering several things from them for next season.
